Foo Fighters – “Everlong”

This has been one of my favorite music videos for a very long time. The Foo Fighters do a very good job of making funny videos and this is probably their funniest. It also does a really good job of conveying what it is like to be in a dream.

Tori Amos – “A Sorta Fairytale”

This is a strange one. It appears to be about a romance between Tori Amos as a foot/leg with a head and Adrien Brody as a hand/arm with a head. At the risk of spoiling it, apparently their love eventually make them “whole”, in a “Beauty and the Beast” sort of way.

Even if the video is a little strange, it is a really good song. Be warned though, Tori Amos’ sound can be pretty strange some times. I have not heard a whole lot of her stuff, but this is defiantly on the more accessible end of what I have heard.

Oasis – “Let There Be Love”

This is a traditional music video (i.e the band playing their music at a live concert) however this video really stands out in my mind. There are a lot of moments that would make very good photographs, it also does a really good job of making Oasis look really cool, and their concerts look like lots of fun.

I tried to track down a high quality version of this video but did not have any luck. It’s a shame because their are a lot of good details that YouTube quality just can’t show you. Hopefully I’ll find a better version.

Feist – “I Feel it All”

This is a nice “one shot”, or “one take”, or whatever the phrase is for videos that are done with out any cuts, and it is a pretty good song.

You can watch a higher quality version of it on YouTube which I can’t imbed.

If you are lazy, here’s a lower quality version I could embed.

Stuart A. Staples – “That Leaving Feeling”

I’m going to try to start another series of posts. This one will be my favorite music videos. This time the video is Stuart A. Staples – “That Leaving Feeling”. After I saw the video I bought the album ”Leaving Songs”, I can’t say I would recommend that, but the video is really cool.

For a better experience, check out a high quality version on telemusicvision.com

For the low bandwidth, not so nice version, here is the YouTube version.
